Our kitchen plays host to some very talented chefs, all skilled in specific styles of cooking. Wangchhu's focus is curry dishes, Karma blends spices and dishes from his homeland to create an amazing array of flavors to suit any appetite, while Gam works his magic with the clay-lined Tandoor oven.
